Solutions · Wire, Cable & Extrusion
Continuous wire drawing, cable manufacturing, and extrusion lines.
A continuous strand moving fast through a process that never stops, where a diameter or speed deviation now becomes scrap much later. This is close to identical to HSCAM’s proven steel-wire deployment.
Adjacent processHSCAM’s steel-mill deployment is itself a continuous hot-wire process, directly adjacent to wire and cable manufacturing.

Problems HSCAM has already solved in production
Each of these is a real, demonstrated HSCAM capability — shown here at the pattern level, with a link to where it was actually proven.
A continuous process, watched around the clock
The process never stops, so there is no good moment to point a camera at it — every cut, cycle or pass has to be caught, not just the ones you happen to be watching for.
STREAMER cameras run 24/7 over standard USB3.0, compressing in the camera so continuous capture stays within reach of standard storage.
See it demonstrated →Size, speed, acceleration — measured, not estimated
Knowing a workpiece moved "too fast" or "out of tolerance" isn’t enough — the measurement has to be tied to the exact video frame it happened on, or it can’t be trusted.
Image and measurement data are captured on the same camera clock, so a workpiece’s position, speed or acceleration lines up exactly with what the video shows.
See it demonstrated →A fault found hours or days later, traced back to the moment it happened
The defect surfaces downstream — in quality control, in the next process step, or in a customer complaint — long after the event itself. By then the moment is gone unless it was recorded.
A week or more of history is kept and reviewable in slow motion, so a defect found later can be traced back to the exact cut or cycle that caused it.
